DLVR Electric Supports EV Workforce Development Through
Sheridan College Contribution

Toronto, Canada  April 3, 2023

DLVR Electric Inc. announced today that it made a contribution in 2023 to Sheridan College to support the growing demand for technical training and servicing skills in Canada’s electric vehicle (EV) sector.

The contribution reflects DLVR’s commitment to strengthening Canada’s EV workforce by supporting post-secondary education and industry-aligned training, particularly for the electrification of commercial vehicle fleets. As fleet operators accelerate the adoption of zero-emission vehicles, access to skilled technicians and applied engineering talent has become a critical enabler of successful deployment.

“Electrifying commercial fleets requires not only the right vehicles, but also the right skills to support them over their full lifecycle,” a DLVR spokesperson said. “Supporting institutions like Sheridan College helps ensure Canada is building the talent needed to sustain long-term EV adoption.”

DLVR remains committed to ongoing collaboration with Canadian post-secondary institutions and research organizations as it scales its commercial EV platform nationwide, supporting advanced manufacturing, engineering, and fleet servicing capabilities across Canada.
